At Northumberland Heath Primary we believe in offering our pupils a new lens to explore and understand the world through digital innovation. Our digital journey continues to gain momentum as we work toward achieving Apple Distinguished School status, a recognition of excellence in technology-enhanced education.
Recently, we took an exciting step forward with our first visit by Sync, where we successfully demonstrated our progress and were nominated for the next phase of accreditation! We are excited to continue this digital journey in inspiring learning and improving outcomes for the pupils here at Northumberland Heath.
Our staff members have also been diligently earning their Apple Teacher badges, with more joining their ranks every day! The integration of Apple technology into teaching practices continues to deepen, fostering creativity and engagement in classrooms. For our pupils, they are becoming increasingly skilled in the use of digital tools. They are using technology to support their learning, develop new skills, and achieve better outcomes. This aligns perfectly with our vision of preparing them for the digital age.
In addition to transforming learning, we are embracing technology to support our staff. By integrating AI and digital tools into our processes, we are reducing workload and enhancing staff wellbeing. Our digital journey is a reflection of our commitment to innovation and excellence in education.
